Alberto Molinero

Alberto Molinero Francisco owns and runs Best Pro Contractors LLC. He is the person who comes to look at your job, the person who writes the quote, and the person doing or directing the work. When you call this company, he is who answers.

He has worked in construction for 15 years, most of it for other operations, and he started this one to do the work the way he thought it should be done.

He works in English and Spanish, which in Pierce County is a practical advantage rather than a marketing line. A homeowner who would rather discuss a roof replacement in Spanish can do that here, with the person actually doing the work, and not through a translator.

Why the company is newer than the contractor

Best Pro Contractors LLC has been registered with Washington State Labor and Industries since June 2025. That is not a long time for a business, and there is no version of this page where pretending otherwise would help you. The 15 years came first. The company is the newer half.

Alberto started it because of what he kept running into working for other outfits: jobs closed out to a standard he would not have signed his own name to, and homeowners who could not get anyone to call them back once the deposit had cleared. Neither of those is a skill problem. Both are decisions somebody made. Running his own company means those decisions are now his, and the two he cares about are finishing the work properly and picking up the phone.

What we would ask instead is that you check the things that can be checked. The license is active. The bond is double what a specialty contractor is required to carry. The liability coverage is four times the state registration minimum. You will not find awards on this site, or accreditation badges, or a claim about how many homes we have worked on. A contractor who tells you exactly how old his company is, shows you real photographs of his own jobs and answers the phone is a better bet than one who rounds the number up and hopes you do not check.

How we work

Owner-operated is a genuine constraint, not just a phrase. It limits how much work can run at once, which is exactly why your job does not get abandoned halfway through for three weeks while the crew is somewhere else. Licensed electrical, plumbing and HVAC work goes to licensed subcontractors, as Washington law requires, and Alberto stays responsible for the schedule and the finished result.
