What Best Pro Contractors Does
Six trades under one Washington general contractor license. The advantage of that is sequencing: when a roof job uncovers rotten fascia, or a bathroom remodel needs tile and cabinetry and paint, it is one contractor scheduling it rather than three trying to coordinate around each other.

Coverage
Licensed for general contracting, not just one trade
Washington issues contractor registrations as either GENERAL or SPECIALTY. Best Pro holds a GENERAL registration, which is what allows one company to take responsibility for a multi-trade project rather than subcontracting the coordination back to you.
Licensed electrical, plumbing and HVAC work is performed by licensed subcontractors, as Washington law requires. Alberto coordinates them and remains responsible for the schedule and the finished work.
