What we collect

When you submit the estimate form we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you need, your preferred contact method and language, and optionally your email address, project details and photographs. We also record how you arrived at this site, including the referring page and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.

How we use it

Your contact details are used to respond to your request and to perform any work you hire us for. When you submit the form, your details are sent immediately to Alberto by phone call, text message and email, and recorded in a private lead log. That is the whole purpose of collecting them.

Arrival and campaign data is used to understand which sources produce enquiries. It is never used to build a profile of you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Your submission passes through service providers who deliver it on our behalf: Twilio for calls and text messages, Resend for email, Google for the lead log, and Vercel for hosting and privacy-preserving analytics. Each processes the data only to provide that service.

Cookies

This site sets one first-party cookie to remember how you arrived, so that an enquiry can be attributed to the right source. It expires after 90 days. There are no third-party advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to keep records of work performed, and for any period required by Washington law for contracting records.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by calling (253) 230-0876 or emailing bestprocontractorsllc@gmail.com. If you asked to be contacted by text, replying STOP ends those messages.
